A water quality log that tells you what needs attention
Readings are the proof that a system works. AquaOps stores each reading against the system and the visit, judges it against bands you set (excellent, good, fair, poor) and shows the systems that are drifting.
Device monitoring: early access Early access
Readings from sensors and meters, straight into the same bands and trends. We are building this and want to hear which devices you use before we decide what to connect first.
- Tell us your devices and the readings you care about
- Join the early-access list and hear first
- Everything you record by hand today carries over

The problem
Readings are written and never read
Numbers sit in a notebook. The one that was out of range three visits ago is only noticed when the customer complains.
Readings per system
Record the parameters that matter for each type of system.
Your own bands
Excellent, good, fair and poor limits are settings, per parameter and type of system.
Always with a word
Quality is shown in words as well as colour, so it is clear to everyone.
A trend chart
See how a reading moved over visits.
A company-wide view
One screen lists every system with its worst current reading.
Works offline
Technicians record readings on the phone without a signal.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
Record on the visit
Technicians enter the readings.
- 2
See the band
Each reading shows its band at once.
- 3
Act
Book a visit for the systems that are out of range.
Questions
About water quality readings
Can I connect sensors and meters?
Device monitoring is in early access. Today technicians enter readings on every visit and each one is judged against your bands, with a trend and a company-wide list. If you want sensors or meters connected to your systems, tell us which devices you use and join the early-access list.
Can I set my own limits?
Yes. The bands are company settings.
Is this a laboratory system?
No. It is a field log of readings tied to systems and visits.
