AquaOps exists because water treatment companies run on phone calls, notebooks and memory, and they deserve better tools.
Why we build it
A water treatment company does repeat work for many clients: change the filter, clean the membrane, check the readings, send the invoice. When that work is held together by memory and chat messages, visits are missed, parts run out and payments are late.
AquaOps was built to fully control and operate every part of a water treatment company: the work, the people, the stock, the customers and the money, in one system. The office, the technician in the field and the customer all see the same job.
It is designed first for Nigeria: naira, Paystack, VAT you set yourself, poor signal and the way service companies here work. Nothing in the core assumes one country, so it is designed to extend to others.
