Live tracking for technicians and customers
When a technician is on the way, the office sees where they are and the customer can see them coming, without calling anyone. The customer link is small and private by design.

The problem
"Where is the technician?"
It is the most common phone call a service company gets. The answer is usually a call to the technician, who is driving.
A live map for the office
See every technician who is on the way or on a job, with the signal state and an estimated arrival time.
A link for the customer
A customer opens a link that shows the technician's first name, the road still ahead and an estimated time. It shows no phone number and no history.
Turn a link off
Any link can be turned off at any time.
Honest arrival times
Estimates use road distance and learn from your own past trips. When the signal is weak the screen says so.
Arrival and route review
See when a technician arrived and review the route of a finished trip.
You decide what customers see
Show or hide the estimate, the route and the technician's name in your settings.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
The technician sets off
The job moves to "on the way" and sharing starts.
- 2
The customer is told
They receive a link and watch the arrival.
- 3
Arrival
The office is informed. Nothing moves the job by itself.
Questions
About live tracking
Is the technician tracked all day?
Location is shared while a technician is working a job. A company can also choose working days and hours for team-wide tracking. It is never hidden from the technician.
What does the customer see?
The technician's first name, a map, an estimated time and, only while they are on the way, the road ahead.
Does it work on the web?
The office map and the customer link work in any browser. Reliable background tracking comes from the phone apps; a browser cannot track in the background.
