Job management for water treatment companies
Every visit to a plant, softener, borehole system or pool is a job. AquaOps keeps all of them in one list and one calendar, with the client, the site, the system, the technician and the history attached, so nobody has to ask "what happened last time?".

The problem
Jobs live in too many places
Requests arrive by phone call, WhatsApp message and email. Visits are written in a notebook or a spreadsheet. A customer calls to ask when the technician is coming and nobody knows. Work gets repeated, forgotten or never billed.
One list and a calendar
See every job by status, technician, client or day. Drag a visit to a new day on the calendar. Search by job number, client or site.
Your own workflow
Statuses and the moves between them are settings, not code. Add a step such as "awaiting approval" if your company needs one.
Checklists for each service
Technicians follow the checklist for the type of work: maintenance, repair, installation, inspection, water test or emergency.
Photos and proof
Before and after photos and files stay on the job. Once the work is done they stay visible, and any later change is written on the job.
Approval before it closes
A manager or the customer can sign off first. Cancelling, rebooking or "could not complete" always asks for a reason.
A service report after each visit
When a visit is finished, a PDF report is made from the job, with a QR code that opens the same report online.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
Create the job
Pick the client, site and system, choose the service, the day and the technician. Or let a maintenance plan create it for you.
- 2
Track it
The technician moves it forward from their phone. The office sees the status change live.
- 3
Close it with proof
Checklist, photos, readings and sign-off are on the job. The report and the invoice come from the same record.
Questions
About jobs and scheduling
Can I change the job statuses?
Yes. The statuses and the moves between them are company settings. You can rename them or add steps that fit how you work.
Does it work for repairs and emergencies as well as maintenance?
Yes. Service types are settings too, so you can keep maintenance, repair, installation, inspection, water test and emergency, or define your own.
Can a customer request a job?
Yes. Customers with a portal account can ask for a visit, and the request lands in your list for someone to schedule.
