Maintenance contracts that run themselves
Most water treatment income is repeat service: membranes, filters, UV lamps, salt, sanitiser. A maintenance plan says "this system needs this service every so often". AquaOps then books each visit ahead of time and moves the due date on when the job is done.

The problem
Visits fall through the cracks
A plan lives in someone's head or a spreadsheet. A visit is booked late, or not at all, and the customer notices before you do.
Plans per system
Choose the system, the service, how often (days, weeks, months or years) and the usual technician.
Auto-booked visits
The next job is created a number of days before it is due, so the calendar fills itself.
Customer reminders
Warranty ending, service due and consumables due: customers are told once per step, at the days you choose.
See what is overdue
One list shows what is due, overdue and coming up, with the technician and the linked job.
Repeat this service
Turn a one-off job into a plan from the job itself, for the services where repeating makes sense.
Pause and restore
Pause a plan when a contract is on hold and restore it later. Nothing is deleted.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
Make the plan
System, service, interval and lead time.
- 2
A visit is booked
The job appears ahead of the due date and the customer is reminded.
- 3
Complete it
When the job is completed the plan moves its due date on by one interval.
Questions
About maintenance plans and reminders
Can I choose which services repeat?
Yes. Each service type has a setting for whether it can repeat. By default maintenance, inspection and water tests can; installation, repair and emergency cannot.
Can one system have several plans?
Yes, for example a quarterly filter change and a yearly membrane service. The screen shows the existing plans before you add another.
Who gets the reminders?
Customers only, and each reminder is sent once per step. Which reminders are on and how many days before is your setting.
