Plans from small teams to large fleets

Three plans: Starter, Growth and Scale. We do not publish prices on this website: tell us about your company and we will recommend a plan and give you a price in writing.

Starter

For small teams: up to 5 people, 150 clients and 5 GB of files. Clients, sites and systems, jobs and scheduling, the technician app, the customer portal, maintenance plans, invoices and online payments, documents, support tickets and water quality readings.

Growth

Up to 25 people, 1,500 clients and 50 GB of files. Everything in Starter, plus live tracking, quotes, inventory, reports, contracts, projects, leads and referrals.

Scale

No fixed limit on people or clients, and 500 GB of files. The same modules as Growth, with a lower commission on online payments.

These are the plan limits in the product today. Limits can change, and we confirm what your plan includes in writing before you pay anything.

What decides the plan

Three things

  • How many people work in the system (office and field).
  • Which parts you want to use: for example invoicing and online payments, tracking, inventory or reports.
  • How many clients and systems you look after.

Online payments through Paystack carry the provider's processing fee and a small platform commission that depends on the plan. You choose on each invoice whether the client pays the fee. We give you the current rates in writing.

How we price

We price by plan, and plans are quoted on request. After a short conversation about your team, your systems and which parts you want to use, we recommend a plan and give you a price in writing. There are no published prices, setup fees or discounts on this website, and we do not publish prices we have not agreed with you.

  • Online payments through Paystack carry a processing fee set by the payment provider and the platform (commission by plan); we tell you the current rates in writing.
  • You can start with the core and add parts later.
  • Ask us what is included for your company before you decide.
