How we protect your company's data
What the product does to keep company data apart, control who can see what and leave a trail.
Companies stay separate
Each company sees only its own records. The system decides which company a person belongs to when they sign in, never from what a request says.
Roles and permissions
Each person has a role in each company. Technicians see their own jobs and the clients and systems on them. Money, costs and sensitive client fields can be limited. Customers see only the client records they are linked to.
A record of changes
Every change by a signed-in person is recorded with who made it, what changed and which record. The record cannot be edited.
Sign-in protection
Two-step verification with an authenticator app, alerts when someone signs in from a new device, limits on repeated sign-in attempts, and sessions that can be ended.
Encryption
Passwords are stored only as hashes, never as the password itself. Sensitive secrets, such as a company's email credentials, are stored encrypted. Every connection to the service is encrypted.
Money that adds up
Amounts are exact. Online payments are confirmed only by the payment provider, and a mistake is corrected with a new entry, never by changing history.
Your data
Your company's data belongs to your company. Lists such as invoices, payments, support tickets and stock can be downloaded as CSV files. Read the privacy notice to see how personal data is handled.
