A customer portal your clients will actually use
Customers want to know three things: when are you coming, what was done, and what do I owe. The portal answers all three without a phone call, under your company's name and colours.

The problem
Every question is a phone call
Clients ring to ask about visits, ask for a copy of a report or an invoice, or ask how to pay. Your office becomes a help desk.
Requests and visits
Customers ask for a visit, see upcoming and past jobs, and can rate a finished visit.
Reports and documents
Service reports, invoices, quotes and receipts you choose to share are one click away.
Invoices and payment
Customers see what is owed and pay online by card or bank transfer through Paystack.
Several people per client
A client can have several users, each with a role. An administrator at the client invites colleagues; nobody can give more access than they have.
Support tickets
Customers raise and follow a ticket, and get the answer in the same place.
Reminders that bring work
Warranty, service and consumable reminders link straight to a request form that is already filled in.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
Add the client
When you add a client, the first person is invited by email with a link that works once.
- 2
They sign in
They see only their own sites, systems, jobs and invoices.
- 3
They self-serve
Requests, reports, payments and tickets happen without calling you.
Questions
About customer portal
Does the portal show my company name and colours?
Yes. Branding is a company setting: name, logo and colours.
Can customers see other customers' data?
No. A customer's access comes from the client records they are linked to, checked by the server on every request.
Do customers have to install anything?
No. The portal works in the browser on a phone or a computer.
