The problem
Billing is slow and money is unclear
Invoices are typed again from the job notes. Customers pay by transfer and someone has to match it. Nobody is sure what is outstanding.
Quotes and deposits
Send a quote, take a deposit, and let the customer accept or decline from a link. A "no" must come with a reason.
Invoices from the job
Pull in the work and the parts used. One invoice can cover several jobs. Set your own VAT rate, prefixes and terms.
PDFs with a QR code
Invoices, quotes and receipts are made by the server as PDFs. The QR code opens the same document online.
Online payment
A customer pays an invoice from its link or from the portal by card or bank transfer through Paystack.
An exact ledger
Every movement of money is a balanced entry that can never be edited. A mistake is corrected with a reversing entry.
Chasing late payers
Reminders go out by themselves on the days you choose after the due date, once per step.

About quotes, invoices and online payments
Do you handle VAT?
You set the VAT rate and how it applies in your billing settings. Amounts are kept in whole kobo so totals are exact.
How does online payment work?
Payments go through Paystack. Online money is confirmed only when Paystack tells us it arrived, and a company withdraws its balance to a bank account whose name has been verified.
Can I still record cash and transfers?
Yes. Staff can record cash, bank transfer, POS and cheque payments. Online payments are never marked paid by hand.
