Parts used on a job are forgotten on the invoice. A reorder happens after the shelf is empty. ### Items, places and vans Keep items with units, prices and reorder levels, in stores and on technicians' vans. ### Stock from movements On hand is the sum of receipts, issues and corrections. A mistake is reversed, never overwritten. ### Low-stock alerts The people who manage stock are told once when an item drops below its reorder level. ### Parts on the job A technician records the parts used. They come off stock and can be billed on the invoice. ### Suppliers Keep suppliers and preferred suppliers per item. Contact details are hidden from roles that should not see them. ### Costs only for those who need them Prices, costs and stock value are visible only to roles you allow.
